1. Product Orders and Specifications
All orders placed are subject to our final acceptance. We rely on the specifications, technical drawings, and material requirements provided by the Client. While we guarantee the product will meet the specified material and dimensional tolerances, the Client remains responsible for ensuring the product's suitability for their intended application and operational environment.
- **Tolerances:** Products are manufactured to industry-standard rubber tolerances (e.g., RMA standards) unless tighter tolerances are explicitly requested and agreed upon in writing.
- **Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):** Certain custom products may require an MOQ, which will be communicated at the time of quotation.
2. Pricing, Invoicing, and Payment
All prices quoted are subject to change based on raw material market fluctuations and specific order volumes, until a formal purchase order is accepted by both parties. Invoices must be settled according to the agreed-upon payment terms, typically within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as per applicable Indian commercial laws.
3. Warranty and Liability Limitations
Laxmi Rubber warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period specified in the official quotation, provided they are stored and used under normal operating conditions. Our liability for any claim arising out of the sale or use of any product shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from product misuse, improper installation, or use outside the specified operating parameters. **All implied warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed.**
4. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
All content on this website, including designs, text, logos, and product images, is the exclusive property of Laxmi Rubber or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is strictly prohibited. Any custom tooling or molds developed for the Client remain the property of Laxmi Rubber unless a separate tooling agreement specifies otherwise.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the **exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.**
